The Innovation Centre has been designed to promote HSBC's "e" initiatives (both internally to staff & externally to corporate customers), to demonstrate technological innovation and advances, and to encourage "e" awareness and interaction.  Featured in Perspective magazine, January / February 2002.

Worldwide news and information is available either online or on the giant screen and plasma TV's, while fully integrated technology facilitates internal briefings, press releases, conferences, and new product launches or road shows. In addition, the centre offers individuals a space to interact online, quietly read magazines, or test newly developed "e" or "m" business tools and gadgets. 

Dialogue was also engaged to assess and overview the design concept of HSBC's e-Commerce Group office relocation within the HSBC Main Building.
